Flo, experienced yoga teacher and founder of Flo Yoga, and Stéphanie, chef and founder of Chef Naturelle are two French friends who have joined forces to bring mindful events in the corporate world.

Much emphasis has been put over the last couple of years on mental health awareness. Companies have shown that they are willing to become an increasingly active component in ensuring the well-being of their employees in the workplace and beyond through offering training and organising events.
Both movement and food have an impact on the mental wellbeing, overall health and productivity of your employees. 

We have combined the skills in our respective field of expertise - movement and cooking - to deliver workshops specifically aimed at people in the workplace. 

The movement-based practice includes flowing sequences, breath work, a tool box to help alleviate stress and anxiety, mobilisation exercises and possibly some partner work too!

The food is vibrant, nutrient-rich and a celebration of the seasons. With a focus on wellbeing without compromising on taste and creativity, the dishes are inspired by wild, homegrown, foraged and locally sourced ingredients..
