I am aware that thinking about signing up for one-to-one classes can feel like a big commitment, time-wise or money-wise. Trust that you are worth it and more! For one hour, my eyes will be on you and you only, I will tailor a session for your unique abilities, strong of my 15+ years of experience, giving you the right amount of challenges and relaxation.
And if you are unable to commit weekly then how about fortnightly?
But please promise me to practice in between our sessions as regularity is a prerequisite to your personal growth.
I teach with a love of movement using yoga as a tool for a multilayered transformation. It is for this reason that you will find me incorporate various influences within the sessions: elements of Pilates, mobility exercises, eye and vestibular drills as well as conditioning alongside yoga poses, breathing, meditation, the whole packaged in a not-too-serious way and instilled with a good dose of wisdom and philosophy. The way to more health, transformation and inner peace should mostly be filled with joy and light-heartedness!
Your teacher’s knowledge and personality are key to your progress and you need to be at ease.
