FLO YOGA WELLNESS PACKAGES

Over the last couple of years, companies have been compelled to address the issue of mental health and general wellbeing of their employees in and out of the workplace. I have taken part in online and in person Wellness events during that time and the general reponse was overwhelmingly positive.
It is no mystery, taking a break from your desk to move and breathe reduces stress levels and fatigue, helps cognitive functions and increases alertness and focus.

Below are a few packages to chose from but since each company is unique, feel free to drop me a mail to discuss a more bespoke package.

The 15 minute Desk Break sessions are only available online (unless several sessions are booked back-to-back) while 45-60 minute sessions can be taught in person depending on location.



PACKAGE 1: 15 MINUTE DESK BREAKS | ONLINE

The Desk Break sessions are designed to fit easily into your day: zero fuss for maximum benefits! No mat required and no need to change into your best lycra. Simply follow my lead.

These sessions include simple breathing and mobility exercises as well as visual drills (you could call them eye gymnastics). They provide fantastic brain stimulation and are super fun too!
Suitable for all levels.

We recommend 2-3 sessions a week.
Pricing from £45 for 2 weekly sessions.



PACKAGE 2: YOGA SESSIONS | ONLINE OR IRL

Yoga sessions can be taught for 45 minutes to an hour.
Participants will need their own mat and wear suitable sportswear.
For in-person sessions, we need a space that can easily be turned into a temporary yoga studio.

These sessions combine strength and mobility exercises in carefully crafted sequences, breathing and a relaxation. I also like to challenge practitioners’ coordination so expect fun coordination exercises too…!

Suitable for all levels.
Pricing from £50 online and £65 in person.


PACKAGE 3: DESK BREAK / YOGA COMBO

Get the best of both worlds:

- Two weekly 15 minute Desk Break online sessions
- AND a yoga session (either online or in person)

I enjoy teaching a variety of movements, yoga and non-yoga inspired, so you can be sure to be gently kept on your toes as I never teach the same session twice!
