Wakey Wakey

Designed to get you started in the most gentle way possible. It is about un-stucking and mobilising your body, and creating that headspace conducive to spend a stress-free day.

Power Vinyasa

All about tapping into your fierce self without leaving you breathless or flustered.A strong dynamic flow with some inversions thrown in the mix but being able to turn your body upside down is by no means a prerequisite to join this session.

Flow & Stretch

Find suppleness and fluidity thanks to creative sequences combining mobility exercises and longer held stretches.
The pace is dreamy.

Not Abs-olutely Yoga

Suitable for those keen to focus onto maintaining or building up their strength without feeling they have joined a conditioning class. It being a yoga session with a twist, you will recognise familiar shapes but you might be surprised to practice some of them in a more challenging way!
